As for the rest, that's going to be tough. If it specifically says dual intake or modified intake, you'll have to switch that to a K&N (carb legal) or stock temporarily. As for the AFC/AVC-R or whatever, you'll have to hide those better or remove them for a bit. I've seen people pass inspection with the hoses black, the actuator semi-hidden (stickers off) and the units in the glove box (locked of course) or somewhere else hidden. You mainly don't want them up on the dash where they can be a "distraction to other drivers" (yeah I know, lame). You may also talk to member SmurfZ or do a search on it. Some others have had to go through similar things. It's the ONE reason I'm glad my engine bay is back to stock with my newer Z...everything else I can easily get by on.
